All levels Guided Class
The Thursday morning sessions are more dynamic in pace and will include the opportunity to explore some more challenging postures. We will explore breath awareness and movement practices, with particular emphasis on building strength and stability. The class will end with a guided relaxation.
Variations will be offered to support everyone to find ways to move that feel comfortable in their own body and we encourage each person to develop awareness of how their body and breath feel as they practice.
Suitable for anyone with an established regular yoga practice who is looking for a more challenging or dynamic class.
These classes are not suitable for beginners.

To ensure a safe and supportive space for the yoga class, please arrive on time. Late arrivals disrupt the class and prevent proper check-ins. The class starts promptly at 8am and finishes at 9am. Arriving at least 10 minutes early is recommended to allow time to walk from the car park to the pier and settle in. Latecomers may not be allowed to join the class. Thank you for your understanding.
